About this villa rental
In Bois Plage en Ré, nestles this beautiful and spacious residence a few steps from the beach and pine forest, ideal for a family holiday or a stay with friends.
It is furnished with taste and care by combining modern comforts (all equipment is new) and the charm of the old (decoration found on the island).
5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room make up this property.
Outside, you will enjoy 2 gardens, the 4x8m heated swimming pool, 4 bicycles, 1 private parking
It is ideally located, the beach is just at the end of our street where the magnificent sunsets await you! It is furnished with taste and care by mixing modern comforts (all the equipment is new) and the charm of the old (decoration found on the island).
The Villa Odette of more than 150 m2, on one level, can accommodate up to 10 people (ideally 8 adults + 2 children).
Everything you need for baby is available: cot + comfort mattress, high chair and crockery.
On the interior side, it consists of:
- A large living room of 45m² with living room, dining room and open kitchen.
- 3 beautiful comfortable bedrooms with a double bed 160x200 (new 5 hotel bedding), a dressing room, access to the garden with wooden terrace.
- 1 comfortable master suite with a double bed 160x200 (new 5 hotel bedding), a bathroom with shower and double sink, a dressing room, access to the garden with wooden terrace.
-1 bedroom with a bunk bed 90x180x2 (new bedding), a dresser and access to the garden.
- Three bathrooms, one with a shower + a bathtub
- Three toilets
- A pantry with sink and washer-dryer
On the exterior side, the house is embellished with:
- Two wooded gardens
- A large 4x8m swimming pool heated to 28 degrees (from April to September). The pool is secured by an electric shutter. The first one works and is wide enough for small children to play easily.
- Gas plancha
- Electric vehicle charging station
- 1 cot (umbrella) + 1 high chair available
- Private parking
- 4 city bikes for adults + 2 bicycles for children are available free of charge
