"Beach Walk on Alfred" offers three bedrooms upstairs with 2 King beds and Tri Bunks in the 3rd bedroom and 2 bedrooms downstairs with 1 King bed and Tri Bunks.
The upstairs area has a full modern kitchen, dining for ten people & lounge area that leads to the large balcony. The main bathroom with bathtub & shower and fully equipped laundry are also located upstairs. Downstairs has another lounge area, 2nd bathroom and an amazing 8 ball table. The property is heated/cooled with reverse cycle air-conditioning.
"Beach Walk on Alfred" is certainly an amazing holiday home with beautiful furnishings and everything you need whilst on holidays, including the beach just footsteps away and an amazing outdoor shower once finished at the beach.
The owners have provided a pet friendly yard if you are wishing to bring your pet on holidays, however pets are STRICTLY to be outside only, NO INSIDE pets allowed.
There are plenty of activities to indulge in close by, including Barnbougle/Lost Farm Golf Courses, Derby Mountain Bike Trials and Floating Sauna, Sand Dunes and amazing Wineries.

Lovely house! very modern and great lay out, specifically the large deck overlooking the water. The games room a great touch. We had 5 couples stay, and the house was more than large enough that we didn't feel crowded and everyone had their own space. Would definitely stay again, might even bring the kids next time!

Great location, walking distance to beach, shops and playground. Games room was a great touch for entertaining the big and little kids. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others
