About this house rental
Set in the dress circle overlooking the famous & iconic Wategos beach, it's hard not to relax in this relaxed Beach House featuring ocean views, indoor and outdoor living areas, and plenty of activities for you to enjoy.
On level one, you will find an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. The lounge room features a large flat screen smart T.V, Netflix, a DVD & book library, and Wi-Fi.
With the beach so close, surfboards & picnic equipment are available for our guests.
The main living area leads out to an expansive north-facing deck with an outdoor dining setting & gas BBQ, or south to relaxing gardens & lawn area a choice for the perfect spot to enjoy a classic sunset barbecue with a cool drink and great company.
This level also has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second bedroom containing two single beds.
The master bedroom is situated on the entire top floor and features a King size bed with an en suite bathroom, TV, and high ceiling. A private, wrap-around deck surrounds this space and offers ocean and hinterland views.
Approximately 3 minutes stroll for your early morning swim at the beautiful Wategos Beach & a short drive to mingle in Byron Bays busy CBD with shops, pubs & restaurants in full swing.
