great value for money. clean studio, perfect for a short stay

located just a 10-15 min walk to everything far enough from the main road to be quiet especially at nights. the staff Ms. Marisol & Ms. Claudia are the best & are just a text away. it’s super safe. I just finalized my messy divorce of over 30years & needed some time for myself. I walked to downtown by myself as late at 4-5am just because I couldn’t sleep. there’s a tiny mini mart 30 meters away. pool is small but it’s heart ❤️shaped laundry is 32 meters away & done by a wonderful little abuelita, she even folds everything. so for a average size bag (mine was a good 25lbs) of laundry is only 100 pesos or $5! ***FREE WIFI & GREAT TV (Amazon Prime & Netflix)*** on the ad it said no wifi but they do. not the fastest but it’s ok for YouTube & streaming. not video games tho!

the road from the gate to the unit is a straight up flashbacks to getting my ass kicked 🫣 from my ex! it’s is the most uneven f’ed up “road” over ever been tortured on I literally fell…yes Im old & had a few “refreshments” but wait till you feel it!
