The villa was exactly as photographed and described. We had great fun there and is perfect for a family of four. It was quiet, within walking distance of two exceptional restaurants and Grab/Panda could deliver food or get cars to you. 15 minutes away from Hua Hin in cab. Por who manages the place, communicated and cared for us throughout. She even had beer and breakfast in the fridge on our late arrival! We will be going again- great value for money.
It’s not that we didn’t like as we were aware due to reviews- it’s the distance to Hua Hin. In the morning it was tricky to get a cab on Grab. We knew this so rented two bikes on our first day and Hua Hin is safe enough to zip the kids around. In the afternoon or evening Cars are not an issue and will come to property so do not be scared by this!
