The condo is in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and activities. It is also spacious and clean.
We had some minor complaints -
1) While I do know that it is common for places in Colorado to not have air conditioning, it would go a long way to have some fans in the unit!
2) There was also a Keurig machine, but no K-cups, so we bought some, only to discover that the keurig does not work.
Overall it was a good stay, and I would stay here again.

We could not have asked for more, except maybe a better view. The condo was literally one minute from the slopes and included a nice garage to store the car as well as boot racks and ski racks.
Everything inside was clean, spacious, and well-stocked (including coffee, which is rare in our experience), and the gas fireplace was a great treat.
Downsides: not many. The view was mostly of other condos, and the curtains didn't completely cover the windows, so the rooms were not dark and night and VERY bright in the mornings.
Despite that, we're already looking at when we can stay here again.

We had every thing we needed- laundry detergent, towels, toiletries, coffee, plenty of blankets, sheets, pillows, kitchen supplies. But the windows being open are necessary in CO- it’s the only air conditioning in the summer months. Most of these windows were broken or inoperable. It was 83° when we arrived so when we tried to open the windows to get airflow, we saw most were not working. No fans were provided to move the air. The property is so bright at night and then with the east facing windows that have no cover, there is no way to shield your eyes from the sun- bring a sleep mask and ear plugs. The property is extremely loud. So if you need sleep, which we did, this is not a good property to rent. Also, 3 flights of winding stairs were difficult to deal with getting heavy things up and down. We also had a neighbor come out and yell at us for playing cards at 9:20p. Just bit a great experience despite the place being so well-appointed.
