Ideal for a family of 4 or as a couple.

T2 of 32m2 with loggia of 8.50m2 located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with elevator:
- Loggia with side sea view
- entrance with cupboard
- living room-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, mini oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, Dolce Gusto machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster)
- TV and WIFI very high speed internet (fiber optic)
- 9m2 bedroom with a new and comfortable large bed of 160x200 and dressing room
- sofa in the living room, convertible into a single bed 80x200 or double bed 160x200
- bathroom with vanity unit and large shower
- separate toilet
- Secure underground parking space at the foot of the residence.
The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but it is possible to rent a bed linen for 2 people with 2 shower towels at 18€.

Reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday.
