The studio apartment—Grüne Insel (Apartment 319)—offers 33 m² of modern and comfortable accommodations, ideal for one to two people. This well-maintained apartment is located on the fourth floor of a well-maintained apartment complex with an elevator and boasts an excellent location in Glücksburg—just about 50 meters from the fine sandy beach. Thanks to its prime beachfront location, the apartment not only offers a beautiful view of the landscape but also direct access to the Baltic Sea, making it perfect for both those seeking relaxation and active vacationers.
The non-smoking apartment consists of a spacious living and sleeping area, a cozy dining area, and a modern kitchen that opens onto the living space. The kitchenette is fully equipped and features a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a 2-burner stove, as well as cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. In addition, spices and a blender are provided for your convenience. The sofa area, which invites you to linger, ensures relaxing evenings.
A highlight is the balcony, furnished with garden furniture, which allows you to enjoy the fresh sea air and the view of the greenery. The sleeping area is integrated into the living space and designed to accommodate two guests. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer, and is equipped with hand towels, bath towels, and a starter kit. A full-length mirror, as well as a coat closet and shoe cabinet, are available.
