Peaceful stay with great location and quiet beach.

Great location, comfortable bed, pleasant terrace with a garden, quiet beach with few people, and free parking by the beach.

There was only a shared balcony for the entire floor. Breakfast was fine, but no vegetables were offered—only when ordering eggs did they serve half a tomato.

-Very polite and helpful hosts -Central location in small village of lovrecica -Very clean -Uncomplicated check in/check out -Easy access, free parking

-Would be good to have a look at the shower. The water took more than seven minutes to warm up and the pressure was very low (this might have been specific to my room). That said, I think a properly working shower is basic and should be present in a room of this price point. -It might also make sense to review some sections of the room description on booking.com (I believe this is done by some agency, not the hosts). Amongst other things, it lists as a room feature “a patio” and toiletries. As for the patio, all outside areas are shared (at least my room didn’t have any), which is ok, but should be clear from the description. As for toiletries, there was hand soap but eg no shower gel. Again that’s fine but should be clear from the description, especially as the village has no shops. -it wasn’t a problem for me as I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room but for others benefit: It is quite dark. Of course it’s difficult to put another window in there but maybe brighter decor could help. -tv (rather the satellite connection) didn’t appear to work

Luogo silenzioso e pulito. Mare a 5' a piedi. Qualità/prezzo più che buona. Gestori semplici e molto gentili. Ci hanno dato consigli utili e sinceri.

In generale sono stata bene, ci tornerei.

Colazione ben assortita, ma per i miei gusti mi aspettavo più dolcetti. Posizione e tranquillità del quartiere, spiaggia compresa.

Bagno con doccia un po' piccola e molto piccola la finestra della camera. Più assortimento di dolci.

Fijne B&B

Het parkeren bij de accomodatie is echt heel fijn en goed geregeld. Kamer was goed schoon en het bed was ruim en niet te hard. Het is een klein stukje wandelen naar de zee, een pizzeria of beachbar. Met fietsen is alles in de buurt goed te doen. Met name op de fiets naar Umag(8.5km) is heel fijn via de fietspaden.

Het viel ons op dat het veel Italiaanse gasten had mede ook doordat de eigenaresse Italiaans was denk ik....dit maakte dat er in de ochtend alleen een Italiaanse goedemorgen kwam en je verder niet echt contact had met oa mede gasten. Als tip zou je als gastvrouw sochtends kunnen vragen wat de plannen voor de dag zijn en daarbij nog tips kunnen geven voor de omgeving wat het verblijf echt aan zou vullen.

Se proprio devo dire qualche cosa, poca scelta per la colazione, ma quello che c’era tutto buono soprattutto le torte! È un posto piccolo quindi capisco l’esigenza di non sprecare il cibo.

Dort würden wir immer wieder hinfahren

Die Lage und das Frühstück sind sehr gut. Es ist eine Pizzeria und ein kleines Strandrestaurant in der Nähe. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Strandbar wo man sehr schön in Schatten unter Bäumen sitzen kann. Der Ort Lovrecica ist sehr ruhig.
