Location was great, views were lovely from the bedrooms, entertaining space was good - nice kitchen, table, etc. Parking was handy but very tight. Prepare to spend 5 minutes squeezing in close to the wall. Parking opposite property though is available at about 30 quid/week (limited space though!). Beds comfy, everything was clean, PS4 on TV, Sofa was comfy, general modern aesthetic, lots of space to play games or relax. Window seats were great, dishwasher and washing machine provided.
Some basics weren't provided enough of so had to buy - bin bags, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing soap, hand soap in top bedroom Can get chilly in bedrooms, even with radiators on due to windows letting in lots of air. Knob came off on kitchen cupboard. Top bedroom doesn't have a door and sound travels easily up there. Top bedroom sink drained slowly.

The property was easy to find, being a little higher up in St Ives, it meant we didn't have to navigate the narrow roads, which was a bonus. The views were stunning and house tastefully decorated.
Parking for one small car was very misleading, as I'd be very surprised if you could even get a Smart car out the front. The double yellow lines also mean that you can't get close enough to the property. This would be better marketed as "room to drop off luggage and parking across the road". The oven didn't look as though it had been properly cleaned and we found an oven dish in the cupboard that still had grease and the remains of someone's sausage meal!! We took photos and then cleaned it up.

It was warm, cozy and convenient location.
Full rubbish bag left outside back courtyard which had been opened by wildlife and had been spread around so took 20 mins to clear up lots of general waste inc egg shells which wasn’t a pleasant start to the holiday!
