The apartment is at a very good location in the edge of Labin. Although the house is small, it had everything and the bathroom was freshly renovated. We had a very warm welcome from the owner who was very keen to help us with anything we needed.
The furnitures are pretty old and tired, including the kitchen cabinet, I would suggest some upgrade in that regard. Also the second bedroom is way too small.

Lokacija odlična, na putu do Rapca. Svaki dan smo išli u Rabac na kupanje i nikad nam nije trebalo više od 5 minuta. Vlasnica apartmana je divna jedna žena koja se cijeli naš boravak od 11 dana jako brinula da nam ništa ne nedostaje. Apartman je opremljen čistim ručnicima, posteljinom i krpama, bolje nego igdje gdje smo do sada bili. Mogli smo slobodno koristiti i lijepo dvorište gdje smo se puno igrali sa našim dvogodišnjakom, uključujući i kupanje u bazenčiću kojeg smo ponijeli sa nama.
Studio apartman ima jako lijepu i veliku, moderno opremljenu kupaonicu i ugodnu spavaću sobu. Kuhinja je mala no ima sve što treba. Apartman nema dnevnu sobu, već se u kuhinju ide iz spavaće sobe, no nama nije ništa smetalo jer smo imali sunčano i vruće vrijeme, pa smo boravili najčešće vani u dvorištu. Apartman je uz glavnu cestu do Rapca, pa je česta buka od prometa.

Sehr gemütlich, sehr sauber, gut gelegen, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.
Direkt an einer sehr stark frequentierten Straße. Und ein wenig das fehlende Wohnzimmer ;-)
