We had a great time at the apartment. The hosts were very nice, the apartment was very clean, all the amenities that one would need with washing machine included, fully equipped kitchen, internet was good and fast, AC worked very efficiently, three minutes walk to the beach, parking space available.
The bathroom is a bit small, but still completely usable.

Really nice place with cool sea view from shared terrace with grill and outdoor shower nearby. Rooms are not large but have everything you might need - good bed, table for work, large closets, really well equipped kitchen - dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, mixers etc. House itself is powered by green energy - solar panels :) There are also external window sun-blinds which makes it super easy to keep ideal room temperature even through hottest summer days (With a little bit of air-conditioning help). Host was very friendly too. Can only recommend.
