Great option for our 2 families. Close to Eddyville and Princeton, awesome view of the lake and we had everything we needed. The pool table was fun for everyone, would like to have tried the theater but didn’t have enough time.

This place was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The location was great for our golf outing at Mineral mound. Very close to some good restaurants as well. We would stay here again for sure. Host was very responsive as well.

This is a wonderful place to stay. There is a wonderful view from deck! The house fit 9 of us comfortably. It was very clean and was stocked with necessities. The movie room and pool table in basement are great. The property is fairly close to many marinas that rent boats. This was a return trip as we stayed in same house last year. I'm sure we will return.

Good place for a family getaway. Needed pool table sticks.
Also, was in need of a few repairs (broken door glass, kitchen cabinet door hinge broken, deck umbrellas broken).
