About this chalet rental
Private neighborhood, in a small bay, with access to boat launch, docks to fish from. Hiking trails through old growth forest accessible from house. Beaches, and freshwater lake w/swimming area, in state park, which surrounds the neighborhood. Jet Boat tours of Deception Pass depart within walking distance. Marina at bottom of hill, or spend time on 500sf deck watching water activities below!

Relaxing retreat tucked into a scenic quiet bay. John & Marge were excellent hosts and the chalet is setup wonderfully. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying the view and peaceful surroundings and walking down to the state marina. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the island!

The house truly was a home in the most positive of ways. It was warm, well equipped. And the owner was quite helpful when needed. Had a few great suggestions of places to go. Only thought is that we could have used some directions on the bidets and the upstairs shower. All in all a great place. Thanks
