The house is beautiful. The upstairs is amazing. We were disappointed with the 4th "bedroom." It was a small sitting room with a pull out couch (which is shown in the pictures). I would not list it as a bedroom especially for sleeping arrangements for 6 adults. Another hint, you can only take one shower at a time unless you don't mind low water pressure. The house had all of the utensils and dishes we needed. They also provided toilet paper, paper towels, detergent for dishes, laundry and dishwasher. Not every VRBO I have been in has these amenities. It is in a great location. Only 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to all of the shopping including grocery stores. The host also provided anything you would need for the beach! I didn't have any contact with the host. Everything I received was from Destin Luxury unless that is who they refer to as "host." I would recommend this property!

Our host was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful and attentive. The house was lovely in a great location. Close to the beach within easy walking distance.

Nancy was great. Would recommend cable tv especially during college bowl season, Christmas parade and new year fireworks. Also the furniture was not comfortable
