Cannes, beautiful apartment with sea view, 3 rooms of 62m2 located in a luxurious residence with swimming pool, tennis, bowling green, park of 3 hectares.
You will enjoy a beautiful south-facing terrace with a magnificent sea view of the Lérins Islands and the bay of Cannes.
The beaches of the south of Cannes can be reached in 3 minutes by car and 8 minutes on foot.
Layout of the apartment:
A bedroom with a 160cm bed, with its own terrace, sea view (table, 2 chairs), with television and air conditioning.
A bedroom with a 140cm bed, TV and air conditioning.
Large living room with terrace, new sofa bed of 140cm with all comforts, Smart tv and dining table. Air conditioning in the living room.
Equipped kitchen + laundry area.
Bathroom (bathtub).
Separate toilet.
Free Wi-Fi (orange fibre).
Air conditioning in the living room and the 2 bedrooms.
You are a 7-minute drive or 25-minute walk from the center of Cannes, the Palais and the Croisette.
A bus stop at the foot of the residence drops you off at the Croisette.
Free parking within the residence and on the street.
For any arrival from 8 p.m., an additional 50 euros will be paid on site.
Bed linen for the 3rd bed (sofa bed) can be provided at a cost of 30 euros, to be paid on site at the time of arrival.
A small animal is accepted (permission to be systematically requested from the owner).

Everything is perfect. Great view. Quiet place close to the centre and the beach. Parking alwaays available. Clean and modern.

we was the 2 first weeks of october there, the wetter was very good and the pool was still open. The Flat is big enough for 4 persons and is full equip, nothing is missing.
The residence is wonderfull ans at this period very quiet.
We give only 4 stars for the place because for us it was a bit to far from the center of Cannes, but for peoples who don't need the city and want to enjoy beaches and recovering in a nice area this is the right place.

The apartment is well equipped, newly refitted, clean, cosy, calm.
For all people willing to enjoy the view, it is an incomparable emplacement.
