Gorgeous 5-Bedroom Countryside Cottage - located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood at a beautiful 3-acre lot with a huge lawn and woodlot, Lots of Parking, a minute's drive to The Manor & other Event Center & Golf Club, Hwy 400 & 427, groceries, restaurants, Golf Club, beautiful trails, Green Belts, farmers markets, Apple and strawberry picking. 20 min. to Lake Simcoe boating and fishing, many nearby shopping malls, TTC Subway, Go Station, and Canada's Wonderland. Please Note: Strictly no drug and booze parties.
Outdoor Lawn and indoor family events, and gatherings may be allowed with additional charges with prior permission, upon providing the details of the events, and number of guests & Vehicles please contact us before making a reservation.
Please note: We accommodate a maximum of 14 Guests. However, there is an extra guest fee/charge$30 per night per guest after 5 guests. So must enter the right number of adults and Children in the booking system. Only reported guests are allowed no drop-in guests without prior permission.

The house is spacious and beds comfortable. I was not impressed with the kitchen. Pots and pans were not great. Could not use washer or dryer since we didn’t stay a full week. That was rough with little kids. Taught me to read the fine print better. I have never not been able to use them. Dirty utensils were left on the grill. Owner did apologize for that but the grill was very dirty so we didn’t want to use it.
The property has a lot of potential. Nice deck area.
