The Rosemont II - La Jolla Luxury

Property was clean, bright and quiet. Beds were clean and so comfortable. It was decorated perfectly and gave off good vibes. Extras were included for the traveler that may have forgot something. There was not one thing that we didn’t like.

I didn’t like having to leave this lovely place.

Location with great... Only about 2-3 weeks away from the beach. As well, it was close to the main area of town, but far enough away that you get some quiet. Parking was easy, but it would have been nice if they had a Level 2 charge, as I rented an EV. I like that the unit was on the second floor, so you have a partial view. However, it is only accessible via stairs, so individuals that have trouble with stairs will have some difficulties. The inside was well organized, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. You could tell that the owners renovated an older unit, as there were some things that were worn down (i.e., bathroom doors). However, overall, my family and I were satisfied with the unit! Nathan and his helpers were great! They were very responsive with any questions or concerns, and were super polite! Wifi was pretty much good, but for some reason one day, it wasn't working well... However, that may not be an owner issue, more for the internet provider. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again!

Bathroom doors were a little worn No level 2 charger, as I rented an EV Lots of stairs (good that I didn't have any difficulties with stairs)

Location , modern furniture and cleanliness Staff was easy to communicate with

Such great vibes here, we stayed a week & just loved everything about it: from the comfy beds, equipped kitchen, fluffy towels…

There is no patio furniture.
