The cottage had everything we needed, and the beds was so comfortable. The parking on the drive was helpful when you got two small children.
Great location to get into town and sea front.
Was sad to see when we got into the property that there was no welcome gifts, would of been a good touch after a long drive down. Also noticed dishwasher was broken and cooker didnt work properly.

The cottage is well located for the town, has a decent kitchen and lounge space for relaxing in.
The bathroom was massive, bedrooms comfy and spacious.
Only 2 small negatives.
1. The drains smells when the toilet was flushed. Not sure when it was last used
2. The smaller twin room was cold probably due to external walls. A extra blanket would have been issued.

No breakfast provided. Location superb. good car park and great beds. Good TV and wi-fi.
As previous occupiers have said the absence of a handrail on stairs is serious.
Toilet roll lasted 2 hours and but for closeness of CO-OP could have been difficult.
Step in landing dangerous and the landing light had to be kept on all night. It needs a proximity switch here.
Same thing in toilet the step is unusual and a proximity light would be useful.
