Apartamento La Merced.

Apartamento muy bien situado: cerca del centro y, a la vez, de la salida de la cuidad, si quieres hacer rutas por la comarca. Tiene zona blanca para aparcar sin problema. La anfitriona ha ejercido como tal de manera excelente, resolviendo las dudas y estando pendiente. El apartamento muy agradable y cómodo.

I loved how down to earth and ready to help Alicia was. She kept on texting to ask if everything is OK or to check if we need anything. I stayed there with 2 little kids and I loved the fact that apartment was not over flowing with decoration. It was very elegant and peaceful. Location is very nice too. Almost everything is nearby.

Parking would have been a plus point but to be honest there is plenty 8f on street free parking.

Alicia, the host is phenomenal. She will greet you on your arrival. The apartment location makes it a gem. Hardly 56 minutes walk to Placio de Infantado, we went there almost every day at night and enjoyed ice cream. The apartment has everything you need. Plenty of towels and bed sheets, cleaning and washing supplies, toilet papers, cooking essentials, some tea and coffee. The tv has a moveable wall mount, my husband loved that. I loved How bright and airy the apartment is. It has 2 restrooms, a small powder room downstairs, and a complete washroom upstairs. Full-length mirrors :) Enough cupboards to tuck away luggage. The check-out process was smooth. I totally recommend it.

Talked about the sofa bed with Alicia and she said she is aware of it and it is scheduled to be replaced. Also, it would be very good if there are pedestal fans in order to avoid turning on AC all the time.
