Location, space, view.

The unit was super clean and very well stocked. All of the appliances were in good working order and very clean. Coffee maker seemed quite new, a plus in my opinion. Plenty of coffee filters, just bring your own coffee. All the cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms were spic and span. The view is beautiful and with three accesses to the beach, you can be a part of the view quickly. The North Beach is quiet and less traveled than the South Beach. Jack the Sparrow is perfectly situated between the bay side and the ocean so you can easily access both if you want more or less wave action. I didn’t have any interaction with on-site staff. I also didn’t use any of the pools but there are three and they never looked crowded from my vantage point.

The water from the tap smelled of sulphur but I’m pretty sure that’s part of island living. I brought bottled water for drinking, making coffee and brushing teeth.

Clean, quiet. Tastefully furnished...very convenient.

Extremely narrow parking space. Had I used my primary vehicle for the trip it would not have fit in the covered space.

Very clean and kitchen was well equipped.

A mat or rug directly inside the front door would help with comfort and cleanliness Although not an issue for my family, the religious materials (wall art, pamphlets, and book) could be offensive to some guests.
