Property is new & clean. Location excellent.
Staff needs to be professionally trained in public dealing.
All rooms on 2nd , 3rd , 4th floor BUT NO LIFT.

Namastasya is a new hotel on the highway at Solan. It is convenient for transit. It is like a business class hotel, with fairly sized room, clean linen and comfy bed. The bathroom is clean, no complaints there. The staff are a bit detached but do their job.
I didn't come across even a single smiling staff, be it at check-in, check-out or at the restaurant. Need some softskilling
