About this bed and breakfast

Great location for access to York beaches and exploring the southern Maine coast from Kittery to the Kennebunk’s by car or bike. Fantastic home base for Surfers, Paddleboarders, Kayakers, Mountain Bikers, Road Cyclists, or those looking for a quiet retreat a short drive to main, coastal attractions. We are on 7 acres, abutting the Lake on Bell Marsh Preserve (reservoir, no swimming) with 6,300 acres of conservation land and trails for hiking and Mt. biking. Take a scenic trail right outside your door to the Summit of Mt. Agamenticus. 700 sf living space, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 full bathroom, living room w/gas fireplace, private covered deck, private BBQ patio area, private yard with fire pit. Nice place to stay. It had everything we needed. It's in a quiet location with a water view of a reservoir. The property was very clean and everything worked. , Communication was easy as was the check-in. The listing and pictures are accurate.We would definitely stay again.

Great property! Quiet and relaxing and just what I was looking for! Host was very responsive to the one small problem I had and it was solved immediately. Great outdoor space for my dog and very pet friendly rental!
