You won't find a better host. My daughter and I stayed here for five weeks while she attended a summer program. Patricia is amazing to work with and we will definitely stay here again. The duplex is in a nice, safe neighborhood. I walked in the evenings and felt perfectly at home and safe. It's five minutes from anything you would need and two minutes from a local grocery store. The kitchen has the things you need for every day cooking and a coffee bar. I don't drink coffee but I appreciated the effort. Everything in the apartment is recently renovated. It was the perfect place for my daughter and me. The property is a duplex but I never heard a peep from the people living next to us. Do not hesitate to stay here. You will be happy that you did!

We had as a pleasant and comfortable stay this weekend in Columbia. Patricia was a GREAT host. Her communication was timely and friendly. We will definitely stay with her the next time in Columbia.

Patricia was lovely. Great communication. I was suppose to checkin around 5ish and had let her know I would not be getting in till 230am. I had car troubles. She was in constant communication. Answered all my questions. Super sweet. I was able to meet her on her travels to SC. Will stay again when I come and visit my daughter.
