The ESF ski school meeting point is reachable within a 250-meter walk from the residence, and the Club Piou-Piou is 450 meters away in the neighboring Charvet district. This residence boasts an ideal location for enjoying the resort's activities and entertainment. The building consists of functional and well-equipped apartments, most of which feature a balcony.

Towels and bath sheets are €12 per person per week, also to be booked 7 days in advance. A full towel kit including a bath mat is €15, and kitchen towels are €2. End-of-stay cleaning is available for €50. Baby cots and high chairs are €25 per week, subject to availability. Indoor resort parking is €99.50 per week, and outdoor resort parking is €79 per week (both require reservation via the Les Arcs website). Pets are accepted for €50 per animal per week.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival time is between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. In case of late arrival, it is essential to notify the agency before 6:00 PM. Departure time is before 10:00 AM.
