Beautiful wooden house with swimming pool 20min from the sea
You will be charmed by the originality and cocooning side of the wooden house with its large bay windows and spacious rooms.
I rent the house fully equipped and it is my main residence so you will find all the comforts you need.
The house has 4 bedrooms including:
2 master bedrooms with 160cm bed
1 children's bedroom 15m2 with 140cm bed
1 children's bedroom with mezzanine bed 120cm
1 extra 1-seater mattress available + 1 2-seater inflatable mattress
2 bathrooms, one with bathtub
Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob, dishwasher
Washing machine and dryer available
Wifi accessible and accommodation equipped with fiber
Outside:
Enclosed garden with secure fenced swimming pool
Large terrace with views of vineyards, mountains and pine forest
Outdoor synthetic turf play area with wooden hut, sandpit, large swing set with slide, trampoline where children can play in complete safety.
Garden furniture with plancha where parents can enjoy the aperitif in peace and quiet while supervising the children in the pool while enjoying the view of the Caroux

I leave my two turtles and the cat at home (who just need to be fed and cuddled)
The house is located in a village with all amenities. You will find several bakeries, a small supermarket and a larger one in the next village, a butcher, a caterer, a tapas restaurant and two pizzerias as well as two more gastronomic restaurants.
There is also a media library, a children's playground and a stadium with a small skate park.
Valras is 20 minutes away by car.
10 minutes from the house you can go swimming at the river
Montpellier 45 minutes away
Carcassonne at 1 hour
I will be at your disposal for the slightest problem or simply for advice on the region.
Your arrival must be on Saturday after 3 p.m. and departure on Saturday before 11 a.m. but these times are negotiable according to the needs and arrival times of the following tenants
Cleaning will be charged 50€
The deposit is set at 1000€
