Emplacement exceptionnel de cet hôtel. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. La restauration le soir ou le midi très bonnes. Les chambres très grandes et la grande piscine qui domine tout Tafraout

The staff is really what makes this place work. Everyone is smiling, friendly and very helpful. Literally anything you need is no problem. Beer is a fair price 😁 Heating in our room was very welcome as it was cold otherwise. The views from the restaurant and our room were fantastic. Breakfast was fantastic!

The facilities are pretty tired, dated and worn out looking. There was barely hot water, sometimes only tepid. Coffee was very weak 🙃 Our room (259) needed a paint job and new curtain rail (they didnt close all the way) This would all be alright if the price reflected this, but it is the most expensive accomadation of our 19 day trip, we've stayed in 8 other places, including the one after in Tafroute that was half the price and miles better!
