Private Pool at Solterra 4BR Townhome SR4678

Host checked in daily to see if I needed anything. Very responsive! There were 2 bookings available for this same location and first host informed property was unavailable and calendar error. Rebooked with separate host and received immediate response. Love the themes in each room and kitchen had all of the essentials.

I wish there was a bench or chair in the bedrooms. We also had to buy fans. No ceiling fans available in either room and lighting fixture was the same in every room - dim. Elsa room bunk bed screws need to be tightened. Had to pay separate fee for clubhouse amenities.

The unit was nice and accommodated our group well. Heating the pool was a great option so we could use it during Thanksgiving. The maintenance staff were very responsive and respectful.

On the first 2 days the unit was very hot/AC did not work. On the second day when our friends arrived, it was discovered that the water had been turned off to their toilet. It was discovered that this was due to the fill valve being broken and instead of fixing the issue, the water was turned off. This had to have been a known issue and should have been repaired before our arrival. In addition, the AC didn’t work and it turned out the power had been turned off at the breaker box. This should have been turned back on before our arrival. Although maintenance was responsive we we reported this, it should have been corrected before our arrival. On our third day the hot water went out and maintenance repaired within one day. This repair could not have been anticipated so not as much of an issue.

3 separate suites for 3 adults; nice pool! AC was wonderful . Everything was very clean. Property was safe.

Gate attendant tried to tell us we couldn’t check in at night after our flight was delayed. We got there after 10 pm, but I had called the phone number provided (7 hours prior)to notify and make sure there wasn’t a problem. I was assured twice that that absolutely wouldn’t be a problem. When we got to the gate, we were given a parking pass, but were told we would have to stay in a hotel and come back tomorrow. Eventually they let us through, but that didn’t make for a happy start to our trip. We also were given an incorrect door code to the fitness center from 2 different people. Maria was very responsive to all my questions.
