Zona tranquilla. Parcheggio su strada chiusa. Monolocale confortevole per brevi soggiorni. Giardino privato in comune con tavolino e sedie stendino. Cucina attrezzata con ampio frigo macchina caffè con cialde e bollitore. No microonde e forno. Tavolino e sedie. TV. Bagno comodo. Solo porta finestra ma con zanzariera e ottimo climatizzatore.
