The place is easy to reach, so is the parking. Reliable WIFI. Good connections to main roads. A few nice hiking opportunities in the vicinity, eg Camino Real de la costa. Within a walking distance (a lovely paseo!) to San Andres, which is absolutely superb.
The facilities rather worn out, though generally well equipped. Not very clean but no fault of cleaning stuff - some tiny creepy-crawlies in the kitchen and bathroom. A cockroach in the corridor. No spare rubbish bags, no towel rail in the bath, no writing desk or a reading lamp. If going there again, I'd take the apartment opposite on the ground floor. Too expensive for what it offers.
