Schöner Pool und freundliche Haushälterin.
In Nachbargrundstück entsteht ein neues Haus, daher immer wieder Lärm und neugierige Blick durch die Bauarbeiter, wenn man am Pool liegt.
Zudem wurden Stromkabel über die Wege im Grundstück gelegt und auf den eigenen Terrassen angeschlossen, was immer wieder zu Stromausfällen im Haus führte. War nervig, da man dann vor verschlossenen Türen stand - Öffnung nur über Pineingabe möglich.
Der gemeinschaftliche Pool wird durch 3 Wohnungen/Gartenhaus genutzt.
