Abashar and Ahmed were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, very clean, comfortable, and perfect for families. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had the family bungalow room which was very spacious and comfortable.
All you need you can find there.
The smell from other kitchens enters through the exhaust pipes which is not that nice.

Aquib the manager was lovely and recomended some places to eat
Was a bit hard to find as there are alot of new roads in Duqm. They did send a map which was helpful

the location is nice
the property is brand new and few things needs to be fixed . it took more than 3 hrs to fix the leakage in the AC of the master bedroom.
