Beautiful condo with everything you could need for a trip at the beach! the condo was very clean upon arrival and check in was easy. We’ll be staying again next year! Stacy was so helpful and easy to communicate with.

First off, we LOVE the Point East complex. We have been renting units for over 10 years. This was our first stay in Unit #208 and we were NOT disappointed! Upon arrival, we had to contact the owner because the key was not left in the door box, so we had no access to the room. Within a 1/2 hr, a key was delivered and we were able to get into the room. Owner was super responsive and quick to answer any questions we had come up. Room was clean, organized and had everything that was listed. Love, love, love the slider shutters (instead of vertical blinds) on the slider door - huge A for that!! The “beach closet” literally had everything you’d need… cooler, beach buggy, chairs, toys, etc…! It may be the most well-stocked closet I’ve ever seen on vacation. Decor was on point for the beach vibe. Rental price was fair and pretty comparable to other comps. View from the balcony was perfect; great view of the ocean and pool! Really, we have zero complaints at all, we were very pleased with the room and our visit. Grounds are always so well manicured and taken care of. I only have a few helpful suggestions… 1. Offer 2 hairdryers (one for each bathroom). 2. Offer black “make-up” towels. I brought my own with me, but discovered these in a room I stayed in last year and thought it was a genius idea! It saves staining on your towels (and money replacing them) and you can buy bulk on Amazon for cheap! We will be keeping this room info for future stays! Highly recommend!

My whole family stayed at Point East. My 3 kids and Husband stayed in this unit. Then My father n law and his siblings and cousins and so fourth had rented their own unit as well. We got accused of smoking on property and stealing towels. We are all non smokers. The group of children at the pool were yelled at for being kids in the pool. The Property manager was not responding to messages/questions. & it just ended up being stressful and not easy to deal with.
