This stylish 2BR/2BA Bridgewater condo puts you in the heart of New Buffalo, just a block from the beach and steps from dining, shopping, and entertainment. A spacious, updated second-floor unit with an open floor plan, it offers a peaceful retreat thanks to solid construction that minimizes noise. Enjoy premium amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a state-of-the-art gym, and secured parking. Once you arrive, there’s no need for a car—unless you choose to explore nearby wineries, breweries, or the casino, all just 10 minutes away. The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting large parties or family gatherings out of respect for the neighboring homeowners, many of whom reside here year-round. By fostering a sense of harmony and consideration, we can ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.
The unit does not offer a grill or indoor garage parking. All parking is located in the secured parking lot in front of the building.

This property is well-maintained and equipped for the comfort and convenience of our guests. Our vacation rentals include well-equipped kitchens, and living and dining areas. Linens and towels are provided. Homes have washers and dryers, a dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable/satellite television, DVD players, and high-speed Internet service.
We ask that renters bring condiments, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, extra toilet paper, and convenience items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and zip-lock bags. We do not resupply anything during the stay. We provide two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 garbage bags, and hand soap in each bathroom so plan according to your needs.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: The guest signing the rental agreement/contract must be 30 years of age or older (ID at check-in required) and must be responsible for the group during the entire time of the stay.
Maximum occupancy restrictions: The number of guests at any WAYA-managed property can not exceed the maximum occupancy number (or sleeps number). This includes invited guests, friends, or additional family members. Events, parties, or family gatherings are not permitted without express written permission prior to booking.

Everything about stay from booking forward was wonderful. Great communication with owner of Waya Rentals. Perfect location in New Buffalo. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available to us. Our place was spotless too! Thank you!

After arriving, figuring out where the key was which was like playing the lock game on Amazing Race... we had the fob and key in hand. Now that we have the keys...where is the unit we rented. Good question. Yes the unit number is located in the reservations. Yet when you arrive at night, it would be nice if in your direction to get the keys and fob, they would include something like, "Head back out to give access to the car and head left. The easiest parking is along the wall opposite the (color of the building). Or perhaps include a map with the confirmation email of which building and door you enter to the condo you reserved and how to get to pool which we never found and how to get into gym. Once Kathy who lives in the condo neighborhood full time, found us in the parking lot trying to find our unit, everything got better. She took us to our building. If it wasnt for her, we would have been totally overwhelmed. Once we tackled the most difficult check in ever, we walked into the most beautiful, spacious, clean condo. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Great location! Would rent again if I knew the check in would be easier and different mgmt co, tried to rent this exact unit via the mgmt co that has this listed. Would have saved me a couple hundred dollars. Going directly with mgmt co. is what we prefer. But mgmt co said no, that the owner requires a 4 night stay. Yet the same mgmt co. approved me staying via vrbo for 3 days. Crazy.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND IT'S SUCH A CUTE PLACE WITH LOTS OF SPACE. WISH THERE WERE DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO USE FIREPLACE AND TV. ALSO DIRECTIONS OF WHERE THINGS ARE AND HOW TO GET TO THEM WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFULY, ESP THE OUTDOOR POOL!
