Welcome to The Bunk House!
This is a brand new listing for us in mid 2022. Experienced host with thousands of reviews on other properties.
This stunning cottage nestled on a 1 acre lot was renovated in 2022 and is just 25 mins to downtown Nashville or the airport. Easily grab an Uber to Broadway, enjoy a day out on Old Hickory Lake (just 10 mins away), or visit one of your favorite sporting teams in town while having a great place to call home.
It features beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing with family and friends and includes a great selection of sleeping arrangements along with games to keep everyone entertained.
The main level consists of a large high-ceilinged living room open to the stunning kitchen and spacious dining area. There is access to a back deck that overlooks the large lot where kids can run around. There is a big laundry and mud room located off the kitchen that is a great space to store bags and dirty clothes if you’ve been out adventuring in one of the many state parks or spent a day on the lake. Additionally there are 2 bedrooms on the main level along with 2 full bathrooms.
The basement level features a large games room equipped with a foosball table, shuffleboard, an arcade machine with Ms Pacman & Galaga, and a flat screen TV mounted above a speaker system. It is a walk-out basement where you have access to the back yard and even a wonderful covered carport that is a great place to hangout. The carport is adorned with outdoor cafe style hanging lights, finished wood ceiling, a variety of seating all centered around a propane fire pit to enjoy a glass of wine and a story or two among friends! There are 2 additional sleeping rooms on the basement level that we call our ‘Bunk Rooms’. Both of these rooms feature 2 full size bunk beds that can sleep up-to 8 in each room.

The house is very clean and the property manager was very responsive. The hot tub was on and heated when we arrived, which was very nice. The only minor issue was that the kitchen utensils and pots/pans were a little underwhelming. We bought a cheese grater and wine opener, donating them to the house.

Very comfortable…location was perfect for our family. Wanted a more secluded spot but not too far from shopping & eateries. Only complaint was could have used more bowls, larger pots & pans, small hand appliances (mixer, can opener), trash bags.
