The living room, with a sofa bed, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy entertainment on the flat-screen TV with cable channels. Wi-Fi access is available for your convenience. Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Enjoy stunning sea views from the 1st floor.
The Neighborhood:

Just steps away, you'll find the stunning beaches of Luz and Ourigo, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Delight in the variety of restaurants offering everything from international cuisine to traditional Portuguese dishes. Explore the Foz Market, a vibrant place to discover local produce and delicacies. The area is also known for its sophisticated boutiques and art galleries, ideal for a stroll. The waterfront promenade invites you to walk, cycle, or simply relax on a terrace overlooking the sea. For those seeking culture, Porto's downtown is just a 10-minute drive away, with easy access to public transport, including buses a one-minute walk away.
Getting Around:
To facilitate your arrival and departure, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on request). The apartment is well connected to the public transport network, with several bus and metro options nearby. Porto Airport (OPO) is approximately a 15-minute drive away or can be reached by public transport, with journey times varying depending on the route and traffic.
Other Things to Note:
We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! You just need to request it (please ask for the price).
You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (please ask for prices).
The sofabed is already included for a reservation made for 3 people. If the reservation is for 1 or 2 people and you wish to use the sofabed, an added charge of 20 € will be asked.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be applied for smoking.
If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.
If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.
For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow a team member to enter the property for inspection purposes, with monthly visits being scheduled for this purpose.

Superbe, tiny flat located in Foz. Astonishing view onto the Atlantic Ocean with a breathtaking sunset.
Easy access to public transportation.
Perfectly situated for walks at the seaside.

Everything was beautiful about the place, and it was as advertised. The issue came when we only had 1 towel each, and no bath cloths. I contacted them as soon as I got in because we wanted to go right to the beach. They said it would cost extra for extra towels. As soon as they sent the link to pay for the towels, I immediately paid and asked if the towels could be delivered same day. They responded and said towels would be delivered “today or tomorrow.” That was upsetting. So, we took a shower and the drain was clogged, so much so that the water overflowed out of the shower and onto the floor. I contacted them and their response was someone would fix it “today or tomorrow.” Since no towels showed up, we went to get something to eat. When we came back there were towels, but it was dark by then. The shower was also unclogged. The next day, we went to get something to eat and noticed that the bathroom floor was dirty, and then realized the shower drain cover had been removed. That means they came back into the apartment while we weren’t there, and we weren’t notified. This just left a bad taste and that’s why I am only willing to give 3 stars when honestly, I’d want to give less because of this alone. The blankets on the bed and in the closet were also dirty.
