The space
Belle Rivière has been renovated to very high standards with all modern amenities but retaining all original features, keeping in mind our clients need for a truly relaxing holiday experience.
On ground floor, the property comprises of a welcoming internal courtyard where one can relax reading a book or having that apero, a spacious living space area with TV and dining area, a wc and a modern fully equipped kitchen overlooking the river. On the first floor there is a big bedroom with its own little balcony overlooking the courtyard, a second big bedroom with an enclosed terrace overlooking the river and a bathroom with wc, shower and bath. On the second floor, for those who cannot get away from their work, one finds an office working space where hopefully it will not be used that often!!! The cherry on the cake is the little terrace right on the banks of the river Dordogne where one can spend those relaxing evening with a glass of wine or having dinner alfresco.
Belle Rivière is walking distance to all amenities, such as, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars and restaurants and the popular St Foy la Grande open market which is open every Saturday all year round.
