Outstanding communication with the host and friendly colleague, TV (which is very rare usually) and kettle and heater in bedroom, comfortable bed, washing facilities available, useful written messages, quiet area, near my working place, some quirky aspects round the house, excellent bus network with bus stop and some shops nearby.
The whole place needs TLC and repair or modernisation in some areas, the kitchen could be tidier, the clock outside my room was noisy and most annoyingly a voice past 11pm could be heard from somewhere in the house when a 10 pm curfew should be respected.
