Location. Definitely a big +. Beach super close, shops too. On a hill but keeps you moving. Patio was a nice and quiet space to chill. Kitchen tiny and stove not very powerful but toaster worked well so this was a nice way to start the day. Landlord was super nice and responsive to our messages.
This flat wasn’t updated for at least 15 years. Skirting boards were off. The intense rotten smell when entering the building and then flat wasn’t pleasant at all. Took a moment for the smell to disappear when opening all windows. Luckily it wasn’t TOO hot because AC wasn’t working. Was blowing the air around. 16C felt like 20C. Bathroom got flooded every shower, drain was full or whatever caused it not sure. Made it impossible to catch up with drying it daily. Lock to our apartment broke during our stay so we could only lock it when leaving but when staying in-not. No access to washing machine.

The host was super lovely, relaxed and helpful. Great location and awesome outdoor area. Everything was clean
