Lovely view and centrally located

The property is very centrally located and has a lovely view of the sea. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Great welcome pack, thank you.

It would have been good to have a frying pan 😁. A little complicated to find but we were prepared based on previous reviews.

The actual appartment itself was so clean & lovely views. Perfect for a few nights stay.

Exceptionally clean. Very welcoming with a goodie pack and milk in the fridge.

I was slightly disappointed that it was a bit tricky to get to and from property. Slightly hazardous for my elderly father who did slip on a couple of steps. Didn’t think that was made clear and the photos didn’t show the actual entrance.

Fabulous flat, fabulous location

This is a perfect little flat right by the beach, which is helpful as Lyme Regis is pretty hilly. The rooms were well set up, and all the kitchen stuff was a good quality, rather than just being the cheapest they could get away with, which often happens with holiday rentals. The windows were big with beautiful views out onto the sea, overall it was an incredibly comfortable stay and an amazing location. Overall, it feels like the flat was really sensibly designed, rather than just run of the mill, to make sure that you have a great stay. We had a very happy family holiday!

You need to be super careful on the metal stairs on the way to and from the flat. One of us slipped and got a lot of bumps and bruises and cut his hand on a wet day, even though we were being very careful. Unfortunately, the boiler is small which means it’s not possible to have a proper bath, which was pretty disappointing, as Lyme Regis can get a bit chilly.

Excellent!! Clean, tidy and beautifully presented!! (but watch the steps if it's wet!!!)

Presentation and location of the flat was exceptionally good. Clean, airy and everything we needed (and more) was there. Welcome pack was a lovely idea - thank you

Steps (metal fire escape type leading up to the property) became VERY slippery when wet resulting in two of us slipping down and hurting ourselves. Nothing major that required treatment, but they do need a 'non'slip' surface (or treads on the edge) because injuries could easily have been caused. Toilet in the 'en suite' bathroom creaked badly when sat on!!!!
