Nuevo Departamento en CentroHistórico de Arequipa

Einfach alles! Die Anlage, in der sich die Wohnung befindet, war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Security im Haus war super freundlich und man hat sowohl eine tolle Lage zum historischen Zentrum als auch zu den moderneren Bereichen der Stadt. Auch die Wohnung selbst war wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Erika hat sich fantastisch um uns gekümmert und war ein großartiger Host. Selbst als es ein kleines Erdbeben gab, hat sie sich direkt bei uns gemeldet – wirklich zauberhaft!

The apartment itself was nice and comfortable.

The payment process was horrible. If you pay in Soles, they add 10% to the price, I guess hoping people don't notice. When we asked about this, they said it is "not a lot more"... We thus decided to pay in dollars. They however went to a bank with us where you cannot withdraw dollars, claiming you can and they always do. However we know Banco de la Nación and you cannot withdraw dollars here. We can only conclude they do this hoping that after waiting in the line for the ATM to confirm no dollars could be withdrawn, we would just withdraw Soles and pay the extra 10%... Not illegal, but horrible customer service. Bring your dollars or be aware of this practice and go straight to a bank that allows you to withdraw dollars. She referred us to another person saying this was not her business. The swimming pool was in maintenance but they just did not mention this themselves, even though we asked about it before in our messages. It just so happened the maintenance started the day we arrived and would last for the duration of our stay. Then they started downplaying the pool themselves, saying it is unheated and thus not so nice after all. After the previous experience we are unsure whether this was the truth. It mostly makes for nice pictures in booking.com. Note: the pool has an extra cost to use. We also voiced our issues with their customer service with the host through booking.com. This person did not do anything to acknowledge the issues with their service basically saying "sorry for the inconvenience but this is the way we do business and it is not against the rules". Writing this, I feel the rating of 7 is very forgiving as this experience ruined our first day in Arequipa.

L'appartement était spacieux et très propre. Parfaitement situé et dans une zone calme, ce qui permet de se reposer après une journée de visite. Nous nous y sommes tout de suite senties comme à la maison avec mes amies et nous remercions Erika pour sa communication et sa disponibilité. Nous recommandons 100% cet établissement!

La piscine était en maintenance, ce qui n'était pas précisé dans l'annonce.
