A praticidade do imóvel ficar dentro de um centro comercial com dezenas de serviços a disposição, inclusive um supermercado na porta da recepção.

Apesar da funcionária que nos entregou as chaves (senha) ter dito que o imóvel havia sido dedetizado a pouco tempo, foram vistos alguns filhotes de baratas no banheiro.

What I liked about the accommodation was, of course, the view. Also, the neighborhood is really very close to Copacabana beach. In an area that really comes alive with very friendly locals, which made me feel safe. It's also in a shopping center, so you have everything nearby: a hair salon, coffee, supermarket! And the super friendly security guards.

To begin with, the floor wasn't cleaned before our arrival, which left our feet completely black; we had to clean the floor ourselves. The second downside is the amount of bedding; we stayed for 2.5 months with only one set of bed linens. Please consider that for people staying multiple weeks or months, it would be helpful to have at least 2 or 3 sets of bedding. Additionally, there is a problem with the air conditioning; because the apartment is so high up in the building, the heat is really stifling, so this is very important for comfort. Everything else was really great! ☺️👍🏽
