Местоположение отличное рядом рынок,магазины,обменные пункты валюты,метро, общественный транспорт до любой точки города и даже до аэропорта!!!Отличный хозяин коммуникабельный готовый всегда помочь,всегда на связи,и даже делает приятные сюрпризы.Дом , квартира и что в квартире все в отличном (новом)состоянии, полностью укомплектованная кухонными и др принадлежностями.Wi-fi - отличный!!!

Отличная квартира, особенно если опираться на опыт проживания в Тбилиси и понимания насколько сложно найти там хорошее жилье с правильным соотношение цены/качества! Приятный владелец, встретил, поселил!
Скорее как рекомендация: В ванной комнате был слегка неприятный запах, вероятно, из канализации — но это, как правило, характерно для подобных систем слива в полу. Также немного не хватало шампуня или геля для душа. Кроме того, хотелось бы порекомендовать добавить глубоких тарелок — их было только две, а нас было трое.
