Very modern, clean & accommodating. Great location and parking. A great stay for my mum and sister and a very warm and welcoming host. Quick responses and very attentive host to ensure a comfortable stay

The location was central to New Kingston and just a short walk from Devon house. The place was clean, tastefully decorated, secure, covered parking, gated. En suite bathrooms gave everyone privacy. Snacks and water were a welcome touch. The host was accessible and responsive and accomodated a special request.

Everything was awesome. Just one small tip - maybe provide a paper towel or a few paper napkins in the kitchen. There was a dish towel but some paper hand towels (even a few to get us started) would be even better🙂🙂

The grounds was clean and well kept.

Mold on the bathroom, And musty smell in the hallway, also need more variety of breakfast items Stayed for a week on two separate reservation switched room after the first reservation to a different room type , forgot my Gold watch in the safe when I switch rooms made a report to the front desk and the general manager this was on Friday, no one had any update all weekend. I had to wait for the GM on Monday then she claim they’re doing an investigation. Its been three days since I checked out despite sending a picture to the GM and an email , No one has contacted me since and no compensation offered, and my watch has not been retrieved. I would not recommend this property.
