No hay lavadora. Para quien tenga problemas de movilidad hay que subir dos pisos andando.

Sehr netter Empfang durch Cecilia, die uns alles erklärt hat. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit Saugroboter, Airfryer, Bialetti Kaffeebereiter etc.. Super Lage.
Die Wohnung ist nett, die Küche hat die besten Jahre schon hinter sich, gebrochenen Arbeitsplatte, hängende Schubladen. Eher studentisch als luxury. Vor allem aber: schwarzer Schimmel in den Schlafräumen und davon ziemlich viel, eine Wand war nass. Auch mit Lüften und Heizen ist es nicht getan, ein grundsätzliches Problem, das der Eigentümer dringend angehen sollte und das spätestens bei der Reinigung zwischen zwei Vermietungen hätte auffallen sollen.
