Location and host customer service.
If you’re over 50 years old and/or with medical mobility issues this place will not be for you…. Bedrooms are all 2nd level, stairs very narrow, and spiral type.

Host Sussy was wonderful. Great communication and very friendly. She treated us like we were longtime friends. This is a new townhouse. Home was super clean and full of amenities. Very nice towels. AC worked great. Property is on a dead end street so no traffic. Super quiet. Enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen. We made coffee every day. Washing machine and dryer on property. They had hot water in the showers..As a picky guest we had nothing to complain about. Lots of good local restaurants and many offer delivery. Great location if visiting attractions like cerro verde , ruta de las flores and hot springs. Would definitely come back to this property!
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Just wish we could have stayed longer
