grateful state, next year i will come with my family again

apartment was clean and really big for the price confinement place for car parking, and it's free but useful advice: if you want have a rest with good quality and visit a lot of famous places and cool beaches, you should take car, or have your own.

More than expextected

We stayed here for 6 nights as a family of three and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and calm environment. Highly recommended!

Not in the center but people may like it’s environment

The female receptionist is amazingly great. I forgot my phone in bed and she called me immediately. Thanks to her to not make my trip horrible.

Superb

Great place for families with kids. We had big apartment with 2 balconies. Pool is nice too. Location is ok, you can walk to the beach around 15 min or drive with the car to Medulin sand beach with is just perfect fot small kids. Ancora restaurant with good pizza and sea food is near the apartment. Overall - great value for money. Totally recommend

Exceptional

I really liked it! Pleasant, hospitable and helpful staff. Special thanks to Martina, the administrator. Always smiling and ready to help. The pool is deep enough for swimming, the balcony offers a gorgeous view of the forest and the pool. There was a tennis court nearby. It's not far to the sea. Plus, there are some great bars right on the coast. Martina also advised us to have a great restaurant nearby. Both meat and fish are very tasty there. The room itself is spacious for two people, I connected the TV to my HBO via Bluetooth. But local channels were also present there. A separate comment deserves a bed - excellent mattresses. I am very grateful for a good rest.

Very nice owner and receptionist. They do everything to make you feel welcome, even though we arrived late the first day for check-in. Very clean rooms, very clean swimming pool, very hygienic area around the swimming pool (toilets M/W, showers M/W), extra’s for kids (trampoline, table tennis, kiddy pool,…), lots of space to park your car within the private property,… Supermarket around the corner, lots of beaches within few minutes of driving, only 10’ from historic center of Pula,…

Amazing accomodation and staff

Very clean and very well equipped apartaments and facilities, a nice and quiet, family friendly resort. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was very clean. Loads of entertainment for children and adults on site. Very nice and clean sitting area and barbecue facilities.

The best accommodation

Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was clean, very nice big garden and swiimming pool with showers and toilets …outdoor kitchen with grill - perfect. Owner and miss on a reception are great and very kind . We felt like at home. Thank you very much for that.

Skvělé pro rodiny s dětmi.

Moc milý personál, vše čisté, krásný bazén a vyžití pro děti. Na pokoji povlečení i ručníky.

V kuchyni mi chybělo prkénko na krájení, cedník. Byli jsme v přízemí, takže s námi bydlelo i pár mravenců🙂

Ottimo posto, ma senza regole

Il posto è molto tranquillo...c'è molto spazio esterno. Si trova a pochi minuti dal mare. Martina, la ragazza alla reception, è davvero gentile e disponibile.

Non mi è piaciuta la mancanza di regole: alle 2.30 di notte, all'una, a qualsiasi ora c'era un gruppo di tedeschi con musica a bordo piscina che ha continuato a disturbare. Non ho riposato come avrei voluto. La piscina era sempre occupata da loro,entrati ti saltavano addosso, come se non ci fossero che loro. Davvero maleducati!! Mi hanno rovinato il riposo notturno e i bei momenti in piscina. Avevano colonizzato tutta la zona piscina praticamente. Se ci fosse stato un custode che facesse rispettare le regole avrei dato un punteggio maggiore sicuramente. Delusa dalla mancanza di regole e controllo da parte dei proprietari. Nel complesso mi piace molto il posto.. ma quest'anno la mia vacanza è stata rovinata da gente irrispettosa che doveva essere ripresa dai titolari.

Parfait pour des vacances en famille .

L’emplacement était idéal (proche de nombreuses plages, de supermarchés, boulangerie). L’établissement comprend une piscine peu fréquentée, un terrain de tennis ainsi qu’une table de ping-pong sont à disposition ainsi que le matériel. La possibilité de faire des barbecues est un vrai atout. Le logement était propre et climatisé.

La douche est un peu petite.

Wir würden wieder kommen

Die ganze Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sehr gepflegt und großzügig gestaltet. Es waren viele Familien da und es war (trotzdem) ruhig. Der Pool wurde 2 x die Woche gereinigt. Jede Menge Liegen dazu. Es gibt ein Trampolin, Tischtennis, Tennis, Basketball, 2 Grillstationen für alle. Zwei Waschmaschinen stehen kostenlos zu Verfügung! Mit dem Auto sind es nach Pula etwa 15 Min., zu diversen Supermärkten 2- 10 Min., jede Menge Strände sind schnell erreichbar. Top Lage!

Wenn es überhaupt was zu mäkeln gibt, dann, dass es keinen Ofen gab und die Klimaanlage in der Küche schafft die Wohnung nicht. Aber was soll´s...

Soggiorno stupendo e ideale per ricaricarsi.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella settimana di ferragosto,5 giornate stupende.L’appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per l’esigenze di una vacanza,pulito e molto accogliente. C’è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice ad uso comune e barbecue in vari punti del giardino per l’utilizzo degli ospiti. Posto ideale per famiglie come noi ,con bambini. Ci torneremo di sicuro 😊😊😊 Martina,la receptionist è super gentile e disponibile.

Première expérience plutôt agréable, à refaire avec plaisir

Accueil chaleureux, personnels disponibles et réactifs, Loisir mis à disposition très agréable ( piscine, ping pong, terrain de foot, parking spacieux et entrée très facile ….

Équipements limité ( absence de four, cafetière…) et pas très fonctionnels ( plaque chauffante non fonctionnelle) Salle de bain étroite et absence de rangements Manque de sac poubelle, pastille pour lave vaisselle ..

kvalita odpovídá ceně

Bazén pro děti. Uzavřený prostor zahrady, vrata na dálkové ovládání. Pohodlná postel v ložnici. Milá paní recepční. Dárek na rozloučenou překvapil, děkujeme..Cena asi odpovídala kvalitě ubytování v této vcelku žádané lokalitě blízko krásných pláží a Puly.

Pravděpodobně odpovídalo ceně a v minulosti jsem vybírali dražší apartmány. Chtěli jsme ušetřit a bylo to znát. Ubytování s bazénem a grilem v této lokalitě bylo nejlevnější.....Nicméně si myslíme, že by stačilo nebo minimálně hodně pomohlo mít schopného údržbáře a kdyby paní uklízečka více pracovala...upatlané skříňky kuchyně, tablety do myčky jsme dostali celkem 2...pobyt jsme měli na 5 nocí...nepochopila jsem matematiku..... jar na nádobí naředěný, na stropech pavučiny, minimum nádobí, tupé nože bez možnosti nabroušení, chybí například takové věci jako je tác na věci, když jdete ke grilu na druhou stranu zahrady..nosila jsem v krabicích... Vše je takové zbytečně nedomyšlené a nedokonalé..odkládací místo v koupelně chybí, židle u stolu jsou velké oproti stolu, nejdou vlastně všechny zastrčit, místy prach a uklizeno před příjezdem spíše na rychlo, jen tak aby se neřeklo, klika u dveří se klepe, bojíte se, že vám zůstane v ruce, to samé na terasu. V prostoru chodby domu zatéká, když prší. VENKU v kuchyňce ve skříňkách je takový bordel...pavučiny, špinavé nádobí, dřez jako prase každý den, odpadky ve skříňce, koš neustále plný a oblemcaný, lednice možná umytá před začátkem sezóny, stůl věčně upatlaný u obou grilů. Nikdo nehlídá a nekontroluje jak to tam vypadá..... A když pak denně vidíte paní uklízečku, jak vysedává s mobilem v ruce, tak si říkáte, že je něco špatně. Věříme, že vám naše zpětná vazba pomůže vylepšit zbytečné nedokonalosti.

Szuper volt minden! Szívből ajánlom mindenkinek.

A vártnál korábban átvehettük a szállást, amit még egyszer köszönünk. Az apartmanunk remek volt, főleg a hatalmas terasz. Szuper volt a medence is. Mindennel nagyon elégedettek voltunk. Remek hetet töltöttünk el itt. Köszönjük a kedves búcsúajándékot.
