I recently visited Orchid Homestay Kandaghat For the first time. I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the generous hospitality during my stay at Orchid homestay. Thanks everything for the services, food and comfort at reasonable prices. Special thanks to Rohit Bhai.

Smell in the room

1) Peaceful place, away from hustle and bustle of city 2) From Balcony, you will see Mountain farms/farming. 3) Neat and Clean rooms. 4) Clean washroom. 5) cheaper rent. 6) Hospitality from owner Rohit Thakur and his mother 7) Panchayat Car parking being leveraged by the property looks pretty safe. It's government space for public, just 100m away from this property. Many cars are parked there. Ample space. 8) Home food was very good. Specially 'pahadi' daal was great. 9) You have option to sit at Balcony for your dinner, in open. That gives great feeling.

1) No proper road to reach this property. Park your car at Panchayat car parking, and then walk on kachchi pagdandi to reach the place. I suggest old people and those who are bulky, not to choose this property. Also, if you are moving in night, you will have to use your mobile's torch. There is no light on kachcha pavement. 2) There is no power backup, however, if power goes, they provide candles. Since, weather is not bad, candle light dinner is also enjoyable. 3) Washroom door knob was not working. But if you tell them, they will mend it for you. Not a big problem. 4) Rooms were not having any television, in June 2022, when we stayed there. 5) Cow dung smell comes sometime as cow stable is just beneath your room, in backyard.
