Location is good.. You can see pyramids from your window & better view from the rooftop. Staff is very friendly. You can pay by card.. They use google exchange rates.

Room is smaller than expected & curtains are bit dusty

The location was great, on the rooftop you could see the pyramids. The staff is really friendly and able to help you with ubers and if you come in late they help you to get some food. Coffee and tea in the room and really nice breakfast, its definitely worth a visit if you would like to be close to the piramides and the Grand Egypt Museum

The room itself wasn’t bad, and I didn’t have any encounters with the hotel staff in person. However, when I called the phone number provided, they responded quickly, which I found interesting—though in a tourist area, I would expect a hotel to have front desk staff available 24/7. Having someone at reception gives guests a stronger sense of security and comfort. On a positive note, I really appreciated the young lady serving breakfast every morning—she always greeted me with a beautiful smile, which was a lovely way to start the day.

The hotel is located in a construction neighborhood, and unfortunately the noise can be very loud until late at night. Another drawback is the lack of front desk staff, which makes it harder to feel comfortable and secure as a guest.
