Die Wohnung war sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe (Ankunft und Abfahrt) sehr problemlos. Zudem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen, hat aber kurze Wege an den Strand und die Stadt.
Es fehlte ein Tritt, um an die hohen Schränke heran zu kommen, zudem ist der Wadsch-bzw. trocknerraum nicht gekennzeichnet und eine bedienungsanleitung für die Sicherheitssteckdose im Bad fehlte.
